Please try the following for troubleshooting purposes, and see if they address the issue:
- Play a different sound file / music
- Make sure the wooden drawer is fully closed, or fully removed
- Make sure the sound is not coming from your environment (ie: vibrating table) – try a different location or surface to place your PR/01
- Try different volume settings on your Bluetooth device and PR/01
- Try different input channels: Bluetooth, AUX1, AUX2 (optical, if optical player is available)
- Try different devices (phone, tablet, laptop, CD or DVD player, TV output, etc.)
If none of the above has helped you identify and fix the issue, please contact our Customer Service team with a video illustrating the issue for further support, and your PR/01 serial number (found on the back of PR/01).
